Service and Maintenance Options
Detroit Edison offers your community three options to meet your outdoor lighting needs.

Company-Owned/Company-Maintained (Option I)
Community Lighting will provide all maintenance -- preventive and emergency. We are responsible for all maintenance for your lighting system -- allowing you to focus your resources elsewhere.

Customer-Owned/Company-Maintained (Option II)
Community Lighting will provide replacement of glassware and lamps on outdoor lighting systems that are built to Detroit Edison's standards.

Customer-Owned/Customer-Maintained (Option III)
Community Lighting supplies the energy for customer owned and maintained outdoor lighting systems.
