Tips for getting the best results
- Type one sentence; keep your question short and to the point
- If you're asked to rephrase the question, type the question in again using different key words.
- Bear in mind that Amy cannot answer questions about your personal account
Helping Amy learn
Amy's learning more each day and can already answer a wide range of questions. She uses a sophisticated word recognition system to match questions you ask with pre-programmed responses. We review her conversations regularly to see where there are knowledge gaps we need to fill. The more questions she's asked, the more she learns.
