Transaction Dispute can be made only at the Hourly level under the Checkout Hourly or Checkout Tag screen.
Transaction Dispute Process - Checkout Hourly Screen
Step 1:
Check the "Dispute All" box to dispute all transactions for a day or
check the dispute box next to each transaction that is in dispute.
Step 2:
Select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the "Checkout
Hourly" page to initiate the dispute process.
Step 3:
In the "Dispute Details" screen, choose the dispute reason from the
drop down list: MW, Dollar, and Price Difference, Duplicate, No Record, and
Other. Enter comments as needed.
Step 4:
Select the "Submit Disputes" button at the bottom of the page.




Transaction Dispute Process - Checkout Tag Screen
Step 1:
Check the "Dispute All" box to dispute an entire tag for a day or check
the dispute box next to each hour of a tag that is in dispute.
Step 2:
Select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the "Checkout Tag"
page to initiate the dispute process.
Step 3:
In the "Dispute Details" screen, choose the dispute reason from the
drop down list: MW, Dollar, and Price Difference, Duplicate, No Record, and
Other. Enter comments as needed.
Step 4:
Select on the "Submit Disputes" button at the bottom of the page.
