Online Checkout Additional Dispute Process

Additional Disputes is available on all screens as a quick link in the left hand column and as an action button at the bottom of the screen for the Checkout Daily, Hourly, and Tag screens.

Step 1:
Select on the "Additional Disputes" link in the left hand navigation or at the bottom of the Checkout Daily, Hourly, and Tag screens.

Step 2:
In the "User Prompt" box, enter the number of rows for each additional dispute. (I.e. For 4 disputes, enter 4)

Step 3:
For each row, enter the date, hour ending, tag ID, deal type (Purchase, Sale, Transmission), MWhs, price, dollars, dispute reason, and comments.

Step 4:
Select the "Submit Additional Disputes."
