Under the My Profile Menu you can:

Choose User Information by selecting either the “User Information” option on the screen body or in the left-hand navigation area.
Add/Edit:

Edit existing user information or add new information by typing inside text boxes.
Select “Save” to save changes.

Choose Change Password by selecting either the “Change Password” option on the screen body or in the left-hand navigation area.

- Type new password and confirm new password.
- Enter a secret phrase, answer, and confirm answer to enable the use of the
Forgotten Password functionality.
- Select “OK” to save changes.

Choose Account Information by selecting either the “Account Information”
option on the screen body or in the left-hand navigation area. 
View Account Description, Biller (For Detroit Edison Internal Use Only), Account Name, Account Number, and Status.
Select “Edit” to edit Account Name and/or to add an Account Description.

To make correction to Account Name and/or add an Account Description, simply type in the appropriate text box.
Select “OK”.

Choose Cancel Service by selecting either the “Cancel Service” option on the screen body or in the left-hand navigation area.

To cancel service, which will no longer allow you to login or use this application, select “Yes”.
