Under the Download Menu you can:
- Run a standard download
- Create customized downloads
- Save customized downloads
- Edit customized downloads
- Delete customized downloads
Standard Download
- A Standard Download is run by selecting either the "Standard option" on the screen body or in the left-hand navigation area.
Select Standard Download:
Presently, the only standard download option is "Bill History".
The download process is initiated by selecting this link.
Standard Download Process:
To immediately open the download, select the "Open" button.
To save the download to your computer, select on the "Save" button. Please note that the example shown reflects saving the download to your computer.
Select "OK".
Use the Dialog box to locate where your download is to be saved and name the file.
Select "Save".
Select "Open" to launch the downloaded file in excel.
Select "Save".
