Landlord Utility Manager is an online tool designed specifically for landlords to use in managing electric and natural gas service from DTE Energy.
With this tool, you can:
- Submit tenants' applications for service (in place of "yellow cards")
- Receive immediate answers to tenants' applications for service
- Check to see which units are the responsibility of the landlord and/or tenants
- Receive e-mail notification when service for a unit changes responsibility
- Enter meter readings for move-in's and move-out's
- Transfer service back into the landlord's name
- Enroll properties in the Automatic Transfer of Service program
